About Right Choice Software, Inc.

The idea for Right Choice Software started in 1996 as a web design and database development company. Our business model changed in 2003 when we were approached by one of our clients who owned a settlement funding company. His business was growing, and he was no longer able to rely on the old fashioned file cabinet and word document system he was running to keep track of his business. From there, our first program, the original RC Funding Manager, was born.

The process of developing that first software system made us think that there must be a large number of business owners trying to keep up with technology by bringing their business and databases into the digital age. We already had a system in place for our clients to manage and track their internet leads, so we expanded that to managing their clients and businesses as well.

We currently have three major industry-specific software solutions due to be launched in the fall of 2009:

  • RC Funding Manager - This program is a web-based version of our very first piece of software. It has been tested and perfected over the last 5 years and offers a complete system management tool to pre-settlement and post-settlement funding companies.
  • RC Sales Assistant - This program is designed to help automotive sales professionals sell more cars. It has an automatic follow-up system built in and is like having your very own personal assistant.
  • RC Debt Assist - This program provides debt settlement companies an easier way to manage their leads. It allows for the use of affiliate offices and reps and is packed with useful features including dynamic contracts and digital signatures.

We are dedicated to providing the best possible solutions for different industries as well as individual business owners. We are also planning the release of three more industry-specific software solutions in early 2010:

  • RC Entertainment Manager - Designed for event bands and disc jockeys.
  • RC Catering Manager - Designed for event catering companies.
  • RC Legal Assistant - Designed for law firms of all types.

Although these projects keep us busy, we are also working on a number of different customized software projects, web site design projects, search engine optimizations and more.
